Choose a variety of 4 case flavours to fill your case lot and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order details immediately.
You will receive an email within two business days summarising your total cost including shipping and a link to our payment form, where you can pay securely via PayPal.
Complete your secure transaction via PayPal. Once your payment has been confirmed we will process your shipment accordingly and email you a tracking code.

Orders and Minimum orders
1.1 To place an order with The Lismore Food Company you will need to provide your contact name and delivery details.
1.2 Choose your variety of cases, minimum order of four cases, Each case of biscuits has 9 tubes or in the case of Dark Chocolate Apple Crisp Thins there are 8 boxes per case all of the same flavour, unfortunately it is not possible to mix the flavours in the individual cases of biscuits.
1.3 Once you’ve filled your case lot you will need to submit your order. You will then immediately receive an email with confirmation of your order.
1.4 Within two working days you will receive an email summarizing your total cost including shipping and a link to our payment form where you can pay securely via PayPal.
1.5 Complete your transaction via PayPal. Once your payment has been confirmed we will process your shipment accordingly.
1.6 When you place an order with The Lismore Food Company, whether by e-mail, telephone or via the website www.thelismorefoodcompany.com you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions.
1.7 We do everything we can to make sure you have access to the Website 24 hours day. However, sometimes things go wrong or we need to make some updates which may result in some downtime. Where possible, this will be done off peak times. We are not liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.9 We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. You should check this page to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
2.1 We do everything we can to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot provide a guarantee to its accuracy or completeness and we will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for any consequences which may arise from the use of such information.
2.2 We have taken all possible steps to ensure that the goods on this website, in any materials, cards and brochures match the descriptions and photographs. Any descriptions, sizes, colours and dimensions are outlined as accurately as possible. Colours may depend on your monitor’s resolutions and size. We cannot therefore guarantee this will always be exactly the same colour as the item delivered.
Change an order
2.3 We will do our best to make any changes to orders if they have not yet been dispatched. Sometimes dispatch can happen quickly, so send us an e-mail as soon as you want to change something to firstname.lastname@example.org You should provide us with your order number and the change requested.
Cancel an order
2.4 We will cancel any orders if they have not yet been dispatched. Sometimes dispatch can happen quickly, so send us an e-mail us as soon as you want to cancel to email@example.com. You should provide us with your order number and the reason for cancelling. Please note, once orders have been dispatched, we are not able to cancel due to the perishable nature of food. Once we have received your request, we will confirm receipt and ask you to re-confirm via e-mail to us.
2.5 All our products are made in small batches. On occasion we may be out of stock on an item. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value than the original item listed, which tastes equally as great or issue a refund for the product. This applies to items within the online Shop.
3.1 Products will be invoiced in Euro at the price listed at the time you place your order. Prices listed include Value Added Tax (VAT) where chargeable. We will do everything reasonable to ensure all details are correct. In the unlikely event we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled as we are not obliged to honour such orders.
3.2 The delivery charge is an additional cost to take account of courier fees. Please refer to Delivery Information for further details by country.
4.1 We want you to be happy with your purchases. Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refund or replacements if you change your mind about a product.
4.2 If something has arrived, not quite as it should, we want to put it right. Sometimes things can get damaged in transit. If this happens, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of the goods being received by you. We will exchange these items without charge to you or if you prefer, we can offer a refund. We may request photos of the damage or the goods to be returned to us to enable us to follow up with our courier service and improve our services.
4.3 All refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Usually refunds are processed within 3 to 4 working days.
Timing and charges
5.1 Delivery charges vary by country. The delivery charges can be seen before proceeding to payment.
5.2 We will do everything we can to make sure your order arrives with you as soon as possible. We will process your order within 2 days and arrange a courier pick up.
5.3 Delivery times can vary. Any guarantees made as to delivery times are limited to Ireland and the UK but may be subject to delays outside of our control which we cannot be responsible for.
5.4 ‘Delivery’ is taken to mean when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. Responsibility for loss or damage from the point of delivery passes to you.
5.5 All our deliveries are through couriers.
5.6 The following guidelines are based on Irish delivery times once your order leaves us, a day counts as ‘a working day’:

UK Mainland – 3 to 4 Days
UK Offshore – 5 Days
EU Mainland – 5/7 Days (Geographic Dependent)
